GUIDELINES FOR POSTER/PAPER PRESENTATION

Theme: CRAFT & PROPEL IDEAS TO REALITY

Submissions may include:

  • Modifications / new approaches to existing treatment methods/appliances
  • New techniques/appliances developed by the authors

Mandatory Registration: Registration for the Conclave is required prior to Paper/Poster Submission

Presentation Details:

  • All presentations will be online on 8th August 2024
  • Paper presentations will be in continuation with the main program on the same link
  • A separate link will be shared for poster presentations

Categories for Submission:

  • Clinical Innovations Category under two sub-categories:
    • LM Paper/Poster
    • SLM Paper/Poster

Not Accepted: Review papers

Submission Limit:

  • One member is allowed to present a maximum of one paper and/or one poster for competitive judging.
  • In case of multiple entries, only the first one will be considered for inclusion in the competitive section.

Preparation & Presentation Guidelines: Papers and posters should follow the provided guidelines

Screening Process:

  • Papers will be screened by a reviewer committee
  • 10 papers each in Paper SLM, Paper LM, Poster SLM, and Poster LM will be selected in each competitive category

Initial Screening Presentation Time:

  • Papers: 8+2 minutes
  • Posters: 3+2 minutes

Final Presentation Slide Layout:

  • Papers: 10-30 slides, 35mm, landscape format
  • Posters: Single slide, 35mm, landscape format

Submission Format:

  • Complete presentation in PDF format (including photos, tables, charts, etc.)
  • Must be submitted before the deadline (20th July 2024)
  • Must include the allotted registration number for the conclave
  • No identification of the presenter/author/source should be included
